CARGO RAMP DECK REPLACEMENT

Scope: Replacement of lower section of ramp and fingers with owner supplied new section.

Complete replacement of deck of mid and upper section of ramp deck with ramp in place. All welding done in sequence welding so as not to cause deformation of ramp and sealing when closed. Fitting and fully welding of hundreds of herring bone strips on the ramp surface.. Complete priming and recoating of ramp deck.

Adjustments to ramp stoppers and replacement of wasted sealing rubber channel and worn seals. Testing of ramp operation and sealing to satisfaction of attending Classification Surveyor.
